The exposition presents both proven business solutions and new developments for restaurants, hotels and the coffee business.
The exhibition hosts specialized events: PIR — Restaurant for restaurant business professionals, PIR — Hotel for the hotel industry, PIR Coffee for the coffee and tea industry, PIR Franchising, as well as the Moscow Cake Show festival. The business program includes over 350 events featuring more than 700 market experts, offering analysis of current business challenges and ways to overcome them. In 2026, the exhibition is held for the 29th time.
