Annual International specialized exhibition UzFood is the most
popular food exhibition in Uzbekistan. Traditionally UzFood presents several
sections:
- Section of food stuffs, drinks, food ingredients, additives and spices - InterFood and Drinks
- Section of the packing equipment for the food industry - FoodPack
- Section of the food-processing equipment and food technologies - ProdTech
- Agricultural sector

Professional tasting contest of foodstuffs "Product of the Year"
The contest will be held according to the following nominations:
-Confectionery
-Wine production
-Alcoholic beverages
-Juices, mineral water and soft drinks
-Beer and low alcohol beverages
-Ketchups, sauces and mayonnaise
-Meat foods
-Dairy products
-Bakery
-Snack products
Basing on the results of competition winners in each nomination will be awarded diplomas and medals. As for companies, they will be entitled to place medal's logotype on the label of their respective product.
